Shri T.S.N. Murthy, IRS   has been appointed as Deputy Chairman of New Mangalore  Port Trust   by the Govt. of India and he assumed the charge   on       03-05-2010 F.N.  Prior to his present appointment, he  was working as Additional Commissioner of Income Tax Mysore.  Shri Murthy, an IRS 90 batch , holding Masters  degree in Literature and graduate in Law,  started his career at Chennai (1993-1998). Thereafter he has been posted at Mumbai   (1998-2005).  He has been serving in Karnataka in various capacities from 2005 onwards.
